Linda Martin Smith is a Lecturer for the Women’s, and Ethnic Studies (WEST) Program at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). She is also the Program Manager at The Matrix Center for the Advancement of Social Equity and Inclusion on campus. Linda is the first generation in her family to earn an advanced degree.
